What do I do if my child cannot sit the ICAS assessment:

Any request for refund of monies paid must be made through your school.
How to initiate a refund

Refund requests must be directed through your school. Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used at purchase. Refund requests will not be permitted after 31 July.
When and how will results be provided:
Printed certificates will be sent to the school for distribution approximately 3 weeks after the official dates
Assessment results will be available online approximately 1 week after the official test date for that subject.

My child has moved schools, what do I do:
If your new school is offering ICAS Assessments UNSW Global may transfer the enrolment details to the new school. If your new school does not offer ICAS Assessments then please contact your old school to organise a refund of purchase up until 31 July

No, ICAS Assessments can only be sat once a year on the official test date.
